If your presentation files are too large to send over email, please contact your year admin team and they will provide you with a link to a SharePoint folder titled 'Your Name - Resources'. This folder is personal to you and can be used to submit all your teaching resources for the Undergraduate MBChB programme.
How to upload files to a SharePoint folder
- Open the SharePoint Folder link from the email.
- Enter your email address and click next. Then enter your password.
- Note: if you receive the following message ‘Sorry, this email address isn’t associated with this secure link. Please contact the person who shared it with you’ check you have not entered a personal email address and enter the one you use to communicate with UoL (MWS or NHS).
- You will be prompted to authenticate using multifactor authentication (MFA). This is to ensure the security of University IT facilities and services. IT Service's step-by-step guide, linked at the bottom of this page, will help you choose and enable a relevant authentication method. Accepted authenticators are Microsoft, Google or Duo. If you do not have access to any of these, then there is an option to authenticate using your phone number on page 7 in the guide.
- After you have authenticated your account, select upload in the folder and then files.
- Choose the PowerPoint file from your PC or OneDrive and upload it.
Once your slides have been submitted, they will be uploaded to the student virtual learning environment 'Canvas' by the year admin teams. You should not include any material in your slides that should not be uploaded to Canvas.
On-Campus Lecture Slides
Presentation slides for on-campus lectures must be submitted to the relevant year admin team via email or SharePoint at least 48 hours in advance of the lecture.
If your presentation contains MCQs and answers, you may wish to remove them from the presentation slides before submitting. Once the lecture has finished, please upload the updated slides containing MCQs and answers.
