Submitting PowerPoint Slides and Teaching Resources

Please contact your year admin team and they will provide you with a link to a SharePoint folder titled 'Your Name - Resources'. This folder is personal to you and can be used to submit all your teaching resources for the Undergraduate MBChB programme.

How to upload files to a SharePoint folder

  1. Open the SharePoint Folder link from the email.
  2. 'Verify your identity' – if you are not already signed in with your MWS/NHS account, you will be prompted to enter your email address and click next. Enter your password.

  • Note: if you receive the following message ‘Sorry, this email address isn’t associated with this secure link. Please contact the person who shared it with you’ check you have not entered a personal email address and enter the one you use to communicate with UoL (MWS or NHS).
  1. Select upload then files.

  1. Choose the PowerPoint file from your PC or OneDrive and upload it.

Once your slides have been submitted, they will be uploaded to the student virtual learning environment 'Canvas' by the year admin teams. You should not include any material in your slides that should not be uploaded to Canvas.

 

On-Campus Lecture Slides

Presentation slides for on-campus lectures must be submitted to the relevant year admin team at least 48 hours in advance of the lecture.
If your presentation contains MCQs and answers, you may wish to remove them from the presentation slides before submitting. Once the lecture has finished, please upload the updated slides containing MCQs and answers.
